Laboratory Director
Kelly Goss is the co-owner of Total Water Laboratories, LLC, and serves as the president, general manager and laboratory director. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology).
Kelly has worked in the environmental field for over eight (8) years, the last six years has been extensively focused in water and wastewater as an engineer, director of operations and vice-president of Total Environmental Services, Inc. In 2007, Kelly formed Missouri Water and Wastewater Products, Inc. to sell engineered wastewater and water solutions for private and public entities throughout Missouri. Kelly’s humble beginnings in college as well as his first post school job centered around solid waste management and design. This experience allowed him the opportunity to perform activities such as permitting for landfills and waste transfer stations as well as conducting gas and ground water monitoring activities. Duties performed included, but not limited to, design and implementation of scope of work and field sampling and analysis plans, statistical analysis for the determination of significant statistical increases, and review of laboratory test results. Prior to leaving school, Kelly was instrumental in developing and implementing Total Environmental Services, Inc. standard operating procedures as well as facilitating the future purchases of equipment for the laboratory. Kelly has successfully gone through a surprise onsite EPA audit of the Total Environmental Services, Inc. laboratory.

Technical Director
Rob Hull, MS is the chemist on staff who manages daily laboratory operations and oversees adherence to TWL’s thorough NELAC certified quality assurance program. Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry (American Chemical Society Certified), with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Science degree in Physical/Analytical Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology). Rob has published professional research in prestigious American Chemical Society Journals and is interested in environmental policies and management in the Lake of the Ozarks area.
Rob has earned class D water and wastewater operations to ensure a thorough knowledge of water-related environmental operations and testing fields and the ability to assist clients in the interpretation of environmental test results and operational advice.

Analysts
Duke Goss is a native of the Waynesville and Lake of the Ozarks Area and has been working in the wastewater field for 30 years as both a field operator and laboratory technician and has received numerous certifications in the wastewater field. He is also an avid fisherman and connoisseur of Ozark Cuisine.
Vanessa Flockhart has worked as a laboratory technician for ten years. She has become an expert in the Biochemical Oxygen Demand test, which is notoriously finicky, and is happy to answer any laboratory questions you might have. Vanessa is a passionate animal rights advocate and wildlife enthusiast.
